Bahai Temple modelCrown Hall

This glass and steel pavilion was designed by Mies van der Rohe as the home of the Department of Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology and completed in 1956. Four 120-foot girders provide support for the roof, creating one continuous open interior space for classes and exhibitions.
