Obverse:

Indian Head Rock, Alaska Highway

Reverse:

Indian Head Rock, Alaska Highway, Mile 358 (km 571). Erosion of surrounding shale on mountains capped by cretaceous sandstone and conglomerate have created the classic profile of an indian's face. This familiar landmark may be viewed from the highway and observation point and parking area.
